ARTIFICIAL ECOSYSTEM
Humans have modified some ecosystems for their own benefits and these are Artificial Ecosystem. They can be terrestrial (crop field, garden etc.) or aquatic (aquarium, dam, man made pond etc.).
Life is based on energy. the Sun is the primary source of Energy on this planet. Plants and other producers turn light into chemical energy. The producers ( trees, Plants) themselves and the consumers use this chemical energy to carry out processes of life.
A food chain shows an energy relationship. A plant captures sunlight and uses it for photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is the process that is happened in plants and tress to make food themselves.
